Spain-based IBA Capital Partners announced its plans to invest EUR 1bn in the Spanish real estate market, in addition to EUR 500m already in portfolio. Specifically, firm's president, Thierry Julienne, said that IBA Capital Partners will invest EUR 500m through REIT Zambal Spain in assets with core profile in Madrid and Barcelona, and will invest another EUR 500m in assets with other profiles through different vehicles.

La entidad española IBA Capital Partners ha anunciado que tiene intenciones de invertir EUR 1.000m en el mercado inmobiliario español, además de los EUR 500m que ya tiene en cartera. En concreto, el presidente de la compañía, Thierry Julienne, ha declarado que IBA Capital Partners invertirá EUR 500m a través de Zambal Spain Socimi en activos de perfil core entre Madrid y Barcelona, y que invertirá otros EUR 500m en activos de otros perfiles a través de diversos vehículos. |
