Hypermarcas, a Sao Paulo-based health, beauty and hygiene distributor, could sell its stakes to enter a new business, reported Valor Econômico on 26 October 2016. According to it, the shareholders are considering whether to sell its share gradually, or use part of the securities as a debt payment guarantee. There is also the possibility of entering a new business, in the field of veterinary pharmaceuticals, and this would be possible with part of stake sales proceeds. The shareholder family holds 5.54% of Hypermarcas stakes, equivalent to BRL 990m.

Os acionistas da Hypermarcas, empresa com sede em São Paulo, dedicada à distribuição de produtos das áreas de saúde, beleza e higiene, podem vender ações da empresa e entrar em novo negócio, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico no dia 26 de outubro de 2016. Segundo a notícia, os sócios consideram a hipótese de vender sua parcela de forma gradual, ou usar parte dos papéis como garantia de pagamento de dívida. Há ainda a possibilidade de que entrem em novo negócio, na área de farmacêutica veterinária, e isso seria possível com parte dos recursos de uma venda de ações. A participação atual da família é de 5,54% no capital total da Hypermarcas, equivalente a BRL 990m. |
