The Hostal de la Glòria, in Viladau, Girona, could be on sale for EUR 1.65m, following the approval of the company's settlement plan proposed by insolvency administrator Ponsati Ojeda Auditores, reported Expansión on 15 February 2017. The hotel is located next to the Natural Park of the Montseny and is a three-star establishment with 26 rooms. In 2014, it had a turnover of EUR 0.27m, 37% less than the previous year and in 2015 the company started bankruptcy proceedings. Though the hotel is still in operation, the goal is to get a buyer before 10 March.

El Hostal de la Glòria, en Viladau (Girona), saldría a la venta por EUR 1,65m, tras la aprobación del plan de liquidación de la empresa propuesto por el administrador concursal, Ponsati Ojeda Auditores, según ha informado Expansión el 15 de febrero de 2017. El hotel está ubicado junto al Parque Natural del Montseny, y es un establecimiento de tres estrellas con 26 habitaciones. En 2014, facturó EUR 0,27m, un 37% menos que el año anterior y en 2015 la empresa presentó concurso voluntario de acreedores. Aunque el hotel sigue en funcionamiento, el objetivo es conseguir un comprador antes del 10 de marzo. |
