Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios está estudiando la posibilidad de llevar a cabo adquisiciones de activos por importe de EUR 1.494m, según indica la compañía en el roadshow en el que explica la Oferta Pública de Adquisición (OPA) sobre Realia. En concreto, estaría estudiando dos transacciones hoteleras en Málaga y Barcelona por EUR 29m, cuya firma podría ser inminente; la adquisición de una cartera de 16 hoteles situados en Andalucía, Canarias, y Baleares por EUR 425m, que se encuentra en fase avanzada de due diligence; y dos operaciones en fase avanzada de estudio: la adquisición de una cartera residencial de 7.000 casas por EUR 1.000m, y la venta de un activo hotelero en Canarias por EUR 40m. |
