Laboratório Hermes Pardini is negotiating to close at least two acquisitions this year, which will also mean the company will enter new markets in Brazil.

According to Hermes Pardini's president, Roberto Santoro, their growth strategy includes making significant acquisitions, of major brands and in large cities where the company is not present. The goal is to reach a turnover of approximately BRL 1bn in 2015. So far, the laboratory has units in São Paulo, Goiânia and Belo Horizonte.

O Laboratório Hermes Pardini está em negociações para fechar ao menos duas aquisições este ano que permitam ao mesmo tempo a entrada da empresa em novos mercados do Brasil. Ao igual que já fiz em compras anteriores o plano da empresa é financiar o investimento por meio de uma mistura de capital próprio e financiamento bancário.

Segundo o presidente do laboratório, Roberto Santoro, a estratégia de crescimento da empresa, que está em andamento, tem a intenção de realizar aquisições relevantes, de grandes marcas, principalmente, em grandes capitais onde ainda não tem presença para atingir o seu objetivo de obter um faturamento cerca de BRL 1bi em 2015. Até agora o laboratório possui unidades em São Paulo, Goiânia e Belo Horizonte.
