Spain-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of hardware is looking for buyers interested in acquiring their tangible and intangible assets for EUR 2m. VR Corporate has the transaction mandate.

Specifically, the amount includes an industrial warehouse of 800 m2 and a finished product stock valued at EUR 0.25m. The company transfers the goodwill with all its customers, the permits and licenses in force to date. The transaction also includes a 10-year non-compete clause by the seller.

The company registered a positive sales evolution between 2013 and 2016, from invoicing EUR 1.48m to EUR 1.74m. The gross margin of its products improved in this period from 39.9% to 42.2% and its EBITDA increased by 2.4%, reaching EUR 0.27m in 2016.

La compañía cede el fondo de comercio con toda su clientela y los permisos y licencias vigentes hasta la fecha. La operación también incluye una cláusula de no competencia de 10 años por parte del vendedor.
