H&M (OMX:HBM), a Sweden-based textile products manufacturing and distribution company, could arrive in Colombia, reported Dinero on 13 November, 2015. The group could set-up in the department of Antioquia in 2018, if the negotiations being carried out by its management team with the real estate division of Colombia-based Grupo Éxito (BVC:EXITO) are successful. Grupo Éxtio is currently building a shopping center in the town of Envigado. Before arriving in Antioquia, H&M is expected to open its first store in Bogota, where it is currently analyzing negotiations with some shopping centers.

H&M (OMX:HBM), empresa sueca dedicada a la fabricación y distribución de productos textiles, podría llegar a Colombia, según ha informado Dinero el 13 de noviembre de 2015. El grupo sueco podría instalarse en el departamento de Antioquia en 2018, de concretarse la negociación que adelantan actualmente sus directivos con la división inmobiliaria del Grupo Éxito (BVC: EXITO), que avanza en la construcción de un centro comercial en el municipio de Envigado. Se estima que antes de llegar a Antioquia, H&M abriría su primera tienda en Bogotá, donde actualmente estudia negociar con algunos centros comerciales. |
