Grupo Urbanos, a logistics and transportation services provider, is negotiating the entry of investors, reported Dinheiro Vivo on 2 September 2016, citing its CEO, Alfredo Casimiro.

This is one of the proposals that will be presented by the logistics group under the Special Revitalization Plan (PER), the report noted.

The CEO confirmed that the company is negotiating the entry of several investors in the group. Grupo Urbanos will negotiate a debt higher than EUR 44m.

Alfredo Casimiro also said that the group's future strategy involves the aggregation of other assets that have substantial synergies with the company.
