Grupo Odinsa (BVC:ODINSA), a Colombia-based infrastructure construction company, plans to divest non-strategic assets to finance projects of fourth generation highways in Colombia, reported Dataifx on 24 February, 2016, citing Odinsa president Mauricio Ossa. Ossa noted the divestment will be focused on assets which are not essential to the company's strategic object, which includes real estate, port, and energy assets. He added that, to finance projects, Odinsa could also obtain credits from domestic and international banks for over USD 300m.

Grupo Odinsa (BVC:ODINSA), constructora colombiana de infraestructuras, planea desinvertir en activos no estratégicos para poder financiar proyectos de carreteras de cuarta generación en Colombia, ha publicado Dataifx el 24 de febrero de 2016, citando al presidente de la empresa, Mauricio Ossa. Ossa ha señalado que la desinversión se enfocará en activos que no son fundamentales para el objeto estratégico de la empresa, que incluye activos inmobiliarios, portuarios y energéticos. Ha añadido que, para financiar los proyectos, Odinsa también podría pedir créditos en la banca local e internacional por más de USD 300m. |
