Grupo México (BMX:GMEXICOB), a mining company, could carry out an IPO of its subsidiary Infraestructura y Transportes México (ITM) in the Mexican Stock Exchange during 1Q17, reported Reuters on 28 October 2016, citing sources familiar with the company. The firm, which postponed the IPO in 2015 (see related intel), could again discuss this possibility in 1Q17, with which it hopes to fetch approximately USD 1bn.

Grupo México (BMX: GMEXICOB), empresa dedicada a la explotación de minas, podría iniciar la oferta pública de las acciones de su filial ferroviaria Infraestructura y Transportes México (ITM) en la Bolsa de Valores de México durante el primer trimestre de 2017, según ha informado Reuters el 28 de octubre de 2016, citando fuentes cercanas a la compañía. La firma, que en 2015 pospuso su salida a Bolsa (ver Intels relacionados), podría analizar nuevamente esta posibilidad en el primer trimestre del 2017, con la que espera obtener USD 1.000m, aproximadamente. |
