Grupo Lería, a Chile-based real estate investment trust, announced the sale of plots in the project Reserva de Tucón, in Santiago, Chile, reported Pulso on 5 December 2016, citing Grupo Lería Partner Francisco Lería. Grupo Lería, empresa chilena dedicada a la gestión inmobiliaria, ha anunciado la venta de parcelas en el proyecto Reserva de Tucón, en Santiago de Chile, según ha informado Pulso el 5 de diciembre de 2016, citando al socio de la compañía, Francisco Lería. En concreto, el proyecto consiste en parcelas de entre 5.000 y 14.000 m2, distribuidas en 211 hectáreas y ahora se ha anunciado que la salida oficial al mercado de estos activos se realizará el 21 de enero de 2017. |
