El colombiano Grupo Éxito (BVC: EXITO), empresa dedicada a la gestión de establecimientos minoristas, ha anunciado que se encuentra en la búsqueda de socios para iniciar la construcción de 200.000 m2 adicionales de área comercial, según ha informado El Colombiano el 1 de diciembre de 2015, citando al presidente del Grupo Éxito, Carlos Mario Giraldo.

En concreto, la intención de la firma es buscar socios inversores que le permitan la construcción de los centros comerciales Viva Envigado, Tunja (Boyacá), Suba (Bogotá) y Copacabana (Antioquia).

La meta es llegar a 500.000 m2 de área comercial al 2018, utilizando la modalidad dual: usar activos improductivos para construirlos y potenciarlos con el tráfico de almacenes.
