Grupo Backus & Johnston, a Peru-based beer marketing and distribution company, announced the appointment of Rafael Álvarez Escobar as chairman of the board and Ricardo Frangatos Pires Moreira as deputy chairman in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores on 31 January 2017. Additionally, the company appointed Carmen Graham Ayllón and Marco Zaldívar García board members, replacing Francisco Mujica Serelle and Carlos Bentín Remy, who submitted their resignation. At management level, Álvarez Escobar was appointed CEO and Ernesto Berrios Pardo, CFO.

Grupo Backus & Johnston, empresa peruana dedicada a la comercialización y distribución de cervezas, ha anunciado la designación de Rafael Álvarez Escobar como presidente del directorio y de Ricardo Frangatos Pires Moreira como vicepresidente en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores el 31 de enero de 2017. Asimismo, la empresa ha designado a Carmen Graham Ayllón y Marco Zaldívar García directores, en reemplazo de Francisco Mujica Serelle y Carlos Bentín Remy, que han presentado su renuncia. A nivel gerencial, Álvarez Escobar ha sido designado gerente general y Ernesto Berrios Pardo, gerente de finanzas. |
