Government could consider dividing INFRAERO into three companies, according to Minister of Civil Aviation Bureau, Eliseu Padilha. The company could be divided into INFRAERO Navegação and INFRAERO Serviços, which would operate in partnership with Germany-based Fraport. The third name was not disclosed. In addition, this plan could include a reduction of INFRAERO's control over the following concessions to minimal percentages with special rights (golden share)

O Governo estaria avaliando dividir a INFRAERO em três empresas, segundo o Ministro da Secretaria de Aviação Civil, Eliseu Padilha. A empresa seria divida em INFRAERO Navegação e INFRAERO Serviços, que trabalhará em parceria com a alemã Fraport. O nome da terceira empresa não foi revelado. Além disso, estaria sendo estudada a redução da participação acionária da INFRAERO nas próximas concessões a percentuais mínimos com direitos especiais (golden share). |
