The Council of Ministers granted Cristina Duarte powers to sell Hotel Atlântico's shares controlled by Government of Cape Verde. With this sale, the Government should received a profit of approximately CVE 45m (approximately EUR 0.408m). In 2005, the Government signed a contract to explore the hotel jointly with Cabetur Hotéis, within a restructuring program, which was never carried out.

A resolução do conselho de ministros que concede a Cristina Duarte poderes para vender as acções detida pelo Estado de Cabo Verde na empresa Hotel Atlântico. A alienação da totalidade das acções deverá render ao Estado CVE 45m (aproximadamente EUR 0,408m). Em 2005 o governo assinou um contrato de exploração do Hotel com a Cabetur Hotéis, enquadrado num programa de reestruturação, que entretanto nunca foi concretizado. |
