Spain-based Gigas could be preparing an Initial Public Offering on the Alternative Market MAB, for September 2015, as reported by Cinco Días on 30 June 2015. The deal value could be EUR 4m. The objective would be to finance the company's expansion in Latin America, mainly Mexico, which could happen in September 2015. The company plans to expand to Colombia, Chile, Peru and Panama. Besides the IPO, it is also possible that new investors would enter Gigas' share capital, such as domestic and international private funds.

La compañía española Gigas podría estarse preparando para comenzar a cotizar en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) en septiembre de 2015, según ha reportado Cinco Días el 30 de junio de 2015. La operación, cuyo importe podría ascender a EUR 4m, se realizaría con el objetivo de obtener financiación para impulsar su expansión en Latinoamérica, principalmente en México, donde podría abrir después del verano de 2015. La compañía ya tiene presencia en Colombia, Chile, Perú y Panamá. También se estaría barajando la opción de dar entrada en el accionariado a nuevos fondos de capital privado nacionales e internacionales, al margen de la salida a Bolsa. |
