Gestamp confirma salida a Bolsa del 30% de la compañía

Gestamp, a Spain-based auto parts manufacturer, confirmed the launch of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) between 30% and 35% of its stakes in 2017, reported EFE on 25 October 2016, citing Gestamp president Francisco Riberas. Riberas cited the will of the family owners to maintain control of the company in the long term and said that IPO is a serious idea, but with no details disclosed. It is not decided yet if it will be only offered to institutional investors or to individuals.

Gestamp, empresa española dedicada a la fabricación de componentes para automóviles, ha confirmado que planea su sacar entre el 30% y 35% de su capital a Bolsa en 2017, según ha informado EFE el 25 de octubre de 2016, citando al presidente de Gestamp, Francisco Riberas. En concreto, Riberas ha insistido en la voluntad de la familia propietaria de mantener el control de la compañía a largo plazo y ha manifestado que la salida a Bolsa es una idea seria, pero aún sin detalles. Tampoco está decidido si la colocación será solo entre inversores institucionales o habrá oferta para particulares. |
