Soros Fund Management, fund management firm of US invstor George Soros, could acquire a stake in Cellnex, as part of its Public Offering. (see related transaction) Soros Fund Management may have launched an acquisition order for EUR 250m, which would be equivalent to approximately 8% of the capital. Another 21 investors, including La Caixa may have also shown interest in in acquiring a stake in Cellnex.

Soros Fund Management, gestora de fondos del inversor estadounidense George Soros, podría entrar en el accionariado de Cellnex en el marco de su Oferta Pública de Venta (ver transacción relacionada). La gestora podría haber lanzado una orden de compra por importe de EUR 250m, con lo que adquiriría aproximadamente un 8% del capital de la empresa española. Otros 21 inversores, entre los que estaría La Caixa, también han mostrado interés en hacerse con una participación accionarial en Cellnex. |
