Portuguese oil company Galp Energia (Euronext Lisboa:GALP) plans to sell its oil field Andorinah, in Potiguar Basin, Brazil, as published by Valor Econômico on 14 October 2015. Galp received Oil Agency ANP's approval to interrupt production in the area until 22 December 2015, to enable transfer of field rights. If this sale does not materialize, the company must deactivate Andorinha's facilities, according to the news.

A empresa petrolífera portuguesa Galp Energia (Euronext Lisboa:GALP) pretende se desfazer de seu campo de Andorinha, na Bacia de Potiguar no Brasil, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 14 de outubro de 2015. A empresa lusa foi autorizada pela Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) a interromper a produção da área, até 22 de dezembro de 2015, a fim de possibilitar a cessão de direitos do campo. Se a empresa não formalizar a venda do campo, deverá formalizar a desativação das instalações de Andorina, de acordo com a notícia. |
