As negociações para a venda da CAB Ambiental, empresa de saneamento do grupo Galvão, teriam sido retomadas após a interrupção do acordo com a GP Investments em 2014. Desta vez, a GP Investments estaria querendo adquirir uma fatia do grupo controlador de 66%. O restante é detido pelo BNDESPar. Além da GP Investmentes, outros seis interessados teriam procurado a Galvão. Todas elas estariam interessadas no controle da empresa. |
