GP Investments could be negotiating with Grupo Galvão a BRL 300m investment possibly in its subsidiary CAB Ambiental, through the acquisition of a minority stake. However, it is also possible that the investment would be for Galvão Engenharia, subsidiary of transportation company Grupo Galvo. With this investment, CAB Ambiental would receive a substantial support to develop their operations and continue growing. If one portion of the investment is given to Galvão Engenharia, it would support development of BR-153 project.

Porém também é possível que uma parte do investimento seja para a Galvão Engenharia, braço do Grupo Galvo atuante no setor do transporte. Com o investimento a CAB Ambiental, teria uma ajuda importante para continuar com o desenvolvimento das suas operações e para seguir com a sua evolução.
