Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México (GACM), the operator of the Mexico City Airport, received bids from 16 consortiums for the tender of runway 3 of Mexico City's new international airport (NAICM), reported Milenio on 4 August 2016, citing GACM Deputy Director of Contracting Jaime Madinaveita. Specifically, Madinaveita noted the tender includes the infrastructure of the tarmac and civil works of visual aids and for navigation of runway 3 and the tunnel area of the NAICM. The consortiums include Mexico-based Rubau México, Jaguar Ingenieros, Grupo Idimsa, Empresas ICA (BMV:ICA), Avanzia Instalaciones, and Constructora de Proyectos Viales de México; Spain-based Isolux Corsán; Portugal-based Mota-Engil (Euronext Lisboa:EGL); and China-based Sinohydro. The lowest bid was MXN 6.8bn from Isolux Corsán, while the highest was MXN 11.5m from Sinohydro. At the end of July, Empresas ICA announced the creation of the consortium Empresas ICA, Mota-Engil, Jaguar Ingenieros, and Grupo Idimsa (see related intel).

Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México (GACM), operador del aeropuerto de la Ciudad de México, ha recibido ofertas de 16 consorcios para la licitación de la pista 3 del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (NAICM), ha publicado Milenio el 4 de agosto de 2016, citando al subdirector de contrataciones de GACM, Jaime Madinaveita. En concreto, Madinaveita ha señalado que esta licitación incluye la infraestructura de pavimentos y obra civil de ayudas visuales y para navegación de la pista 3 y la zona de túneles del NAICM. Los consorcios incluyen las empresas mexicanas Rubau México, Jaguar Ingenieros, Grupo Idimsa, Empresas ICA (BMV:ICA), Avanzia Instalaciones y Constructora de Proyectos Viales de México; la española Isolux Corsán; la portuguesa Mota-Engil (Euronext Lisboa:EGL); y la china Sinohydro. La menor oferta ha sido de MXN 6.833m por parte de Isolux Corsán, mientras que la más alta ha sido de MXN 11.469m, por Sinohydro. Em especifico, Madinaveita disse que esta licitação incluí a infraestrutura de pavimentos e obra civil de ajudas visuais e para navegação da pista 3 e a zona de túneis da NAICM.
