SMDU (Municipal Environment and Urban Development) of Florianopolis' secretary, Marcelo Martins, met with vicar of Cúria Metropolitana de Florianópolis, Davi Antônio Luiz, to discuss the acquisition of a historic building used by former Ritz Cinema in Florianópolis city center, located at 110 Rua Arcipreste Paiva, as reported by newspaper Notícias do Dia in an article published on 29 April 2015. According to a spokesperson from SMDU, the negotiations are at its early stages. The building is valued at BRL 8.5m, and has 1,600 m2. The property was acquired by Curia in 2007, at an auction. The deal has not yet been settled with Badesc (Santa Catarina State Development Agency).

O secretário da SMDU (Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Urbano) de Florianópolis, Marcelo Martins, reuniu-se com o pároco da Cúria Metropolitana de Florianópolis, Davi Antônio Luiz, para discutir a aquisição do prédio histórico do antigo Cine Ritz, no Centro de Florianópolis na Rua Arciprestes Paiva nº 110, de acordo com a notícia publicada pelo Notícias do Dia no dia 29 de abril de 2015. As negociações, segundo a assessoria de imprensa da SMDU, estão em fase inicial. O valor do prédio, de 1.600 m2, seria de BRL 8,5m. O imóvel foi adquirido pela Cúria em 2007 em um leilão. A compra ainda não foi quitada com o Badesc (Agência de Fomento do Estado de Santa Catarina). |
