Fibra Plus, a Mexico-based real estate investment company, may be planning the launch of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), reported El Economista on 21 August 2016, citing analysts close to the operation. Specifically, the firm plans to fetch approximately USD 138m in September 2016 in IPO on the BMV, which it would invest almost entirely in the development of properties to lease.

Fibra Plus, empresa mexicana dedicada a la gestión inmobiliaria, estaría planeando su salida a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), según ha informado El Economista el 21 de agosto de 2016, citando a analistas cercanos a la operación. En concreto, la firma planea levantar en el mes de septiembre de 2016 alrededor de USD 138m en su oferta pública inicial (OPI) de la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), de los cuales invertiría casi su totalidad en el desarrollo de inmuebles para arrendamiento. |
