Mexican real estate company Fibra Macquarie (BMV: FIBRAMQ) increased its revenues by 22%, in the second quarter of 2015, due to recent acquisitions of real estate portfolios and due to dollar appreciation with regards to peso, as reported by El Financiero on 27 July 2015. Fibra Macquaire registered a turnover of MXN 704m between April and June 2015, compared with MXN 578m in the same period last year. Operating cash flow increased by 27.8%, to MXN 554m, while funds from adjusted transactions (AFFO) increased 33%, to MXN 349m.

La firma inmobiliaria mexicana Fibra Macquarie (BMV: FIBRAMQ) ha aumentado sus ingresos en el segundo trimestre del año en un 22% gracias a sus recientes adquisiciones de portfolios de inmuebles y a los efectos de la apreciación del dólar frente al peso, según ha publicado El Financiero el 27 de julio de 2015. La compañía mexicana ha obtenido ingresos por MXN 704m entre abril y junio de 2015, frente a los MXN 578m del mismo periodo del año anterior. El flujo operativo ha crecido un 27,8% hasta los MXN 554m, mientras que los fondos provenientes de operaciones ajustados (AFFO) crecieron 33% hasta los MXN 349m. |
