En la oferta no se ha hecho público ni el importe de la transacción ni el número exacto de locales que Farmacias Cruz Verde compraría. Farmacias Cruz Verde tiene interés en adquirir cadenas de farmacias de tamaño mediano o pequeño, pero con capacidad de escala.
