Factotal, a Santiago, Chile-based financial institution which provides factoring and leasing services, announced the appointment of Patricio Sepúlveda Palma as CEO in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 7 November 2016. Sepúlveda is replacing Luis Schmidt Jarpa starting 15 November. Meanwhile, Schmidt was appointed board advisor, effective on that same date.

Factotal, empresa financiera dedicada a la prestación de servicios de factoring y leasing con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la designación de Patricio Sepúlveda Palma como gerente general en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 7 de noviembre de 2016. Sepúlveda reemplazará a Luis Schmidt Jarpa a partir del 15 de noviembre. Por su parte, Schmidt ha sido designado asesor del directorio a partir de la misma fecha. |
