Synopsis

Eroski, a Spain-based supermarket group, may have received 20 offers to acquire some of its real estate assets, mainly hypermarkets in strategic areas, as reported by El Economista on 23 July 2015.

Currently, Eroski has 90 hypermarkets. According to the company's strategy it intends to retain those in the Basque Country, Navarra, Galicia, Aragón and Balearic Islands, the other establishments are part of its divestment plans.

Eroski, grupo español dedicado a la gestión de supermercados, podría haber recibido alrededor de 20 ofertas de compra por alguno de sus activos inmobiliarios, principalmente hipermercados, ubicados en áreas geográficos no estratégicas, según ha publicado El Economista el un artículo del 23 de julio de 2015.

En la actualidad Eroski cuenta con aproximadamente 90 hipermercados, habiendo identificado como áreas estratégicas la zona norte, en que incluye País Vasco, Navarra, Aragón, Galicia y Baleares; quedando el resto de establecimientos incluidos en la estrategia de desinversiones.
