Government of the Basque Country, through Ente Vasco de la Energía, could be negotiating the sale of a 5% stake in EDP Naturgas Energía to its majority shareholder EDP - Energias de Portugal (ELI: EDP), which the company still holds, as published by newspaper Expansión on 18 June 2016, citing sources close to the deal. The Portuguese group may have decided to exercise the option to acquire this 5% stake, with which it will attain 100% stake in Naturgas' share capital, and it could be announce this month. The price of this package of shares is still under negotiation, since it may vary according to the market and futures prospects.

El Gobierno Vasco, a través de Ente Vasco de la Energía, estaría negociando su salida definitiva de EDP Naturgas Energía con la venta al accionista mayoritario, EDP - Energias de Portugal (ELI: EDP), del 5% que aún posee en la empresa gasista, según ha informado el diario Expansión el 18 de junio de 2016, basándose en fuentes vinculadas a la negociación. El grupo portugués habría decidido ejercer la opción de compra de ese 5%, con el que se haría con el 100% de Naturgas, una posibilidad que debería comunicarse este mes. El precio de ese paquete accionarial se estaría negociando aún, ya que varía según el mercado actual y las perspectivas de futuro.

O Governo Basco, através da Ente Vasco de la Energía, estaria negociando sua saída definitiva da EDP Naturgas Energía, com a venda ao acionista majoritário, EDP - Energias de Portugal (ELI: EDP), da participação de 5% que ainda tem na empresa de gás, segundo publicou o jornal Expansión no dia 18 de junho de 2016, baseando-se em fontes vinculadas a negociação. O grupo português teria decidido exercer a opção de compra desse 5%, com o que iria deter 100% da Naturgas, uma possibilidade que a empresa deveria comunicar este mês. O preço desse pacote de ações ainda estaria sendo negociado, já que pode variar segundo o mercado atual e as perspectivas de futuro. |
