Engie Energía Chile (BCS:ECL), a Santiago-based power, natural gas, and renewable energy generator and distributor, signed an agreement with Solairedirect Chile, a developer of solar power projects, to jointly develop photovoltaic projects in Chile for a year, announced Engie Energía Chile in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros de Chile on 17 August 2016. In order to develop those projects, both companies might create one or more companies, with equal stakes. However, Engie Energía Chile will have a purchase option for the stake held by Solairedirect Chile in those projects.

Engie Energía Chile (BCS: ECL), empresa dedicada a la generación y distribución de electricidad, gas natural y energía renovable, ha firmado un acuerdo con Solairedirect Chile, dedicada al desarrollo de proyectos de energía solar, para desarrollar de forma conjunta proyectos fotovoltaicos en el país durante un año, según ha informado Engie Energía Chile en un hecho relevante remitido a la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros de Chile el 17 de agosto de 2016. Para poder desarrollar dichos proyectos, ambas empresas podrán constituir una o más sociedades, con una participación igualitaria. No obstante, Engie Energía Chile tendrá una opción de compra de la participación de Solairedirect Chile en esos proyectos. |
