Enel (BIT: ENEL), an Italy-based energy company, announced a strategic plan that includes the restructuring of its investments in Latin America, reported La Tercera on 22 November 2016, citing Enel President Francesco Starace. Specifically, the company presented its new strategic plan fpr 2019, which includes reducing the number of legal companies, acquiring minority stakes and create regional sub-holdings, which will integrate the various assets the firm has in countries such as Peru, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. Enel will allocate EUR 2bn for the plan and the evaluation will be made country by country. That sum includes the worldwide total.

Enel (BIT: ENEL), empresa de energía con sede en Italia, ha presentado un plan estratégico que incluye reestructurar sus inversiones en América Latina, según ha informado La Tercera el 22 de noviembre de 2016, citando al presidente de Enel, Francesco Starace. En concreto, la compañía ha presentado su nuevo plan estratégico a 2019, en el que se incluyen reducir el número de sociedades jurídicas, adquirir participaciones minoritarias y crear sub-holdings regionales, que integrarán los diversos activos que la firma tiene en países como Perú, Colombia, Argentina y Brasil. Para este proceso se destinarán EUR 2.000m y la evaluación se hará país por país. El monto considera el total a nivel mundial.

A Enel (BIT: ENEL), empresa que atua no setor de energia elétrica com sede na Itália, apresentou um planejamento estratégico que inclui reestruturar seus investimentos na América Latina, segundo publicou La Tercera dia 22 de novembro de 2016, citando o presidente da Enel, Francesco Starace. Em especifico, a companhia apresentou seu novo planejamento estratégico para 2017/2019, onde se inclui, reduzir o número de sociedades jurídicas, adquirir participações minoritárias e criar sub-holdings regionais, que integrarão os diversos ativos que a firma tem em países como Peru, Colômbia, Argentina e Brasil.
