Empresas ICA (NYSE:ICA), a Mexico-based construction company, is analyzing the use of Fibra E, the Mexican government's REIT (see related intel), to monetize assets for up tp USD 2.4bn, reported Reuters Latin America on 10 September, 2015. Currently, the company has a package of mature assets, including airports and roadways, as well as hydrological and energy projects underway, which would be susceptible to being monetized through Fibra E. ICA, which has a high leverage level, is in the process of selling assets to repay debt (see related intel).

La constructora mexicana Empresas ICA (NYSE: ICA) analiza la opción de utilizar Fibra E, Fideicomiso de Inversión en Bienes Raíces del Gobierno de México (ver Intel relacionado), para monetizar activos por hasta USD 2.400m, según ha publicado el diario Reuters el 10 de septiembre de 2015. La empresa cuenta actualmente con un paquete de activos maduros que incluye aeropuertos y carreteras, además de proyectos hídricos y de energía aún en proceso, que serían susceptibles de ser monetizados a través de Fibra E.
