Embraer cria fundo de investimento para o setor aeroespacial

Resultado de uma iniciativa conjunta do BNDES com a FINEP, a Agência de Desenvolvimento Paulista (DESENVOLVE SP) e a Embraer, o fundo foi criado com o objetivo de fortalecer a cadeia produtiva aeroespacial, aeronáutica, de defesa e segurança e promover a integração de sistemas relacionados a esses setores por meio de apoio às pequenas e médias empresas. O patrimônio inicial do fundo será de R$ 131,3 milhões, assim distribuído pelos quotistas: BNDESPAR, Embraer e FINEP, cada um com R$ 40 milhões; Desenvolve-SP, com R$ 10 milhões e R$ 1,3 milhão aportados pela PORTBANK, gestora do fundo. |
