Brazilian state-owned electricity company Eletrobras (BVMF:ELET6) approved the sale of Celg D, to be carried out through an privatization tender launched by Bovespa, as reported by the company on 28 December 2015. Celg D is engaged in electricity transmission and commercialization in Goiás state. Eletrobras also announced postponement of privatization of six electricity distribution subsidiaries (see related intel). All postponements were requested by controlling shareholder.

A estatal brasileira Eletrobras (BVMF:ELET6), que se dedica a produção de energia elétrica, aprovou a alienação da distribuidora Celg D, que vai ocorrer em leilão de desestatização a ser promovido pela Bovespa, segundo publicou a empresa no dia 28 de dezembro de 2015. A Celg D atua na geração transmissão e comercialização de energia elétrica no Estado de Goiás. A Eletrobras também informou o adiamento da privatização de seis subsidiárias de distribuição de energia (ver Intel relacionado). Todos adiamentos foram realizados por solicitação do acionista controlador. |
