El Gobierno español quiere vender una parte del patrimonio del Estado y del arrendamiento de sus fincas a Ayuntamientos, agricultores y autonomías. Hasta ahora ha anunciado la venta de 15.135 inmuebles, el 27% del total. El Gobierno se da de plazo hasta 2020 para realizar las desinversiones, y ha eludido detallar de qué manera se venderán los inmuebles: si por concurso público o subasta. |
