Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), a Colombia-based state-owned oil company, plans to divest of assets in Colombia, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on 29 September 2016. Specifically, the company plans the divestment of assets in a range of UD 700m to USD 1bn as part of the new plan that deepens cost reductions and includes opportunities for efficiency. Since June 2016, Ecopetrol has been immersed in a public process, called Ronda Campos 2016, for the allocation of 20 oil production assets (see related intel).

Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), petrolera estatal colombiana, planea la desinversión de activos en Colombia, según ha informado la compañía en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia el 29 de septiembre de 2016. En concreto, la compañía contempla la desinversión de activos en un rango de UD 700m a USD 1.000m, el cual hace parte del nuevo plan que profundiza en la reducción de costos e incluye nuevas oportunidades de eficiencia. Desde junio de 2016, Ecopetrol ha lanzado un proceso público, llamado Ronda Campos 2016, para la adjudicación de 20 activos de producción de petróleo (ver Intel relacionado). |
