EQT (Global), a Sweden-based private equity firm with several funds investing in Europe, USA and Asia, is interested in acquisitions in Spain, to continue expanding in the country, as published by newspaper Expansión on 21 October 2015. EQT focuses on buyouts and funding projects related to infrastructure. In the third quarter of 2015, it closed its seventh vehicle for this type of transactions. The firm does not rule out new deals through this new fund.

EQT (Global), firma sueca de private equity con diversos fondos que invierten en Europa, Estados Unidos y Asia, estaría interesada en comprar en España para seguir ganando terreno en el país, según ha publicado el periódico Expansión el 21 de octubre de 2015. El fondo nórdico se centran en buyouts y financiación de proyectos en el segmento de las infraestructuras y ha materializado en el tercer trimestre del año el cierre final de su séptimo vehículo para hacer operaciones de este tipo. No descarta realizar las transacciones con el megafondo que acaba de cerrar. |
