EDP vai vender cerca de EUR 1.000m em activos à China Three Gorges ainda em 2013

A EDP mantém o objectivo de alienar, ainda este ano, EUR 1.000m em activos à China Three Gorges, apesar do adiamento para 2014 da venda de parques eólicos espanhóis. Este pacote abrangerá, além de activos renováveis, produção convencional, localizados maioritariamente nos mercados brasileiro e africano, em particular o de Moçambique. O contrato com a China Three Gorges contempla a entrada de EUR 2.000m no grupo EDP, entre 2012 e 2015, com a venda de participações de 34% a 49% relativas a projectos instalados (900 MW) ou em fase de arranque de construção (600 MW), num total de 1.500 MW. |
