A norte-americana Global Asset Capital demonstrou interesse em comprar os imóveis da EDP - Energias de Portugal na zona do Marquês de Pombal, em Lisboa. A concretizar-se, esta será uma das maiores transacções imobiliárias do segmento dos escritórios de Lisboa. A energética portuguesa está, há dois anos, a construir a sua futura sede, na Avenida 24 de Julho e, desde então, colocou à venda o edifício onde se localizam actualmente os seus escritórios. O valor total da operação pode atingir os EUR 100m. |
