Supermarket chain Distribuciones Froiz could be negotiating the acquisition of Supermercados Moldes, both located in Pontevedra in Galicia. La cadena de supermercados Distribuciones Froiz estaría negociando la adquisición de la compañía Supermercados Moldes, ambas ubicadas en la provincia de Pontevedra en Galicia. De confirmarse la compra, Distribuciones Froiz consolidaría su posición en la provincia y en toda Galicia, al superar los 200 establecimientos propios y más de 40 franquiciados, ya que Supermercados Moldes cuenta con 25 tiendas, todas ellas en la provincia, especialmente en la ciudad de Pontevedra. La operación podría situar la facturación de Froiz por encima de los EUR 600m anuales. |
