A companhia Cromossomo Participações, holding do empresário Edson de Godoy Bueno, enviou uma notificação para sua controlada DASA com a intenção de manifestar seu interesse em apresentar uma possível OPA para a aquisição das suas ações ordinárias que estão em circulação no mercado estando disposta a oferecer até BRL 10,50 por ação. O objetivo da aquisição seria atingir com ela a saída da DASA do Novo Mercado da BM&FBOVESPA S.A. – Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros. |
