Conalvías, a Colombia-based construction of public works company, announced it will leave project Ruta del Sol's section 3 due to its corporate insolvency situation, as published by newspaper El Pilón on 24 September 2015 . Conalvías expressed its willingness to transfer its stake in Ruta del Sol to Impregilo, a company that holds the largest stake in company that was awarded project Ruta del Sol 3. Project Ruta del Sol includes approximately 465 kilometers and consists of two road sections: the first between San Roque and Ye de Ciénaga and a second between Carmen de Bolívar, Bosconia and Valledupar.

Conalvías, empresa colombiana dedicada a la construcción de obras públicas, ha informado que saldrá del proyecto del tramo 3 de Ruta del Sol debido al régimen de insolvencia empresarial en el que se encuentra, según ha publicado el diario EL Pilón el 24 de septiembre de 2015. La compañía colombiana ha expresado su disposición de ceder su participación en el contrato de la Ruta del Sol a la firma Impregilo, empresa que tiene la mayor participación en la sociedad concesionaria adjudicataria del proyecto Ruta del Sol 3. El proyecto de la Ruta del Sol contempla cerca de 465 kilómetros y se compone de dos tramos de carreteras: el primero comprendido entre San Roque y la Ye de Ciénaga y un segundo entre el Carmen de Bolívar, Bosconia y Valledupar. |
