La empresa española Colonial (BME: COL) destinará EUR 1.500m a la adquisición de nuevos activos inmobiliarios, según ha comunicado la compañía mediante una documentación remitida a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) con fecha 20 de octubre de 2015. Las nuevas adquisiciones se enmarcan en la estrategia de crecimiento de la compañía, que, de hecho, mantiene operaciones por importe de EUR 1.000m bajo análisis en la actualidad. |
