Cofides, a Spain-based state-owned mercantile company, financed the entry into the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand of Spain-based Grupo Alsina, a formwork manufacturer, reported Cofides on 19 July 2016. Cofides provided a co-investment loan of EUR 2m, to be covered with its own resources, to finance investments in formwork material for the subsidiary of Grupo Alsina, based in the Philippines. The total investment in the projects, along with the contribution from the developer, is EUR 4m.

Cofides, sociedad mercantil estatal española, ha financiando el desembarco a Filipinas, Indonesia y Tailandia del español Grupo Alsina, especializado en encofrados, según ha reportado Cofides el 19 de julio de 2016. Cofides ha facilitado un préstamo de coinversión de EUR 2m con cargo a sus recursos propios para financiar las inversiones en material de encofrado para la filial del Grupo Alsina, cuya sede en la zona está en Filipinas. La inversión total del proyecto, junto con la aportación del promotor, es de EUR 4m. |
