Cofides, a Spain-based state-owned mercantile company, financed Procubitos, a Spain-based ice cube manufacturer, acquire a Germany-based company, announced Cofides in a press release issued on 3 August 2016. Cofides will provide a co-investment loan of approximately EUR 2.8 m, covered by the fund for foreign investment operations of small and medium enterprises (FONPYME). The company will use the financing to acquire a Germany-based ice manufacturer, aiming to strengthen its position in the country and expand its business possibilities.

Cofides, sociedad mercantil estatal española, ha financiado a la española Procubitos, dedicada a la fabricación de hielo alimentario, con el objetivo de adquirir una empresa alemana, según ha anunciado la propia Cofides en un comunicado de prensa publicado el 3 de agosto de 2016. Cofides concederá un préstamo de coinversión de aproximadamente EUR 2,8m, con cargo al Fondo de Operaciones de Inversión en el Exterior de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (FONPYME). La empresa destinará esta financiación para adquirir una empresa de fabricación de cubitos de hielo con sede en Alemania, con el fin de afianzarse en el país y ampliar sus posibilidades de negocio. |
