Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Castilla y León announced that Spain-based Chocolates Elgorriaga has until August 2015 to find an investor to take over the company, ensuring its feasibility and necessary funds, as published by newspaper Expansión on 15 July 2015. Currently, there are five companies interested in acquiring Elgorriaga, a manufacturer of chocolate and biscuits. The essential criteria set by the Board are the company's technical, economic and financial solvency; maintaining Avila's plant; assume its debt and a capital injection of more than EUR 0.5m.

La Consejería de Agricultura y Ganadería de la Junta de Castilla y León ha anunciado que la empresa española Chocolates Elgorriaga tiene de plazo hasta agosto de 2015 para conseguir un inversor que se haga cargo de la empresa, garantice la viabilidad y aporte los fondos necesarios, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 15 de julio de 2015. Actualmente habría cinco empresas interesadas en adquirir al fabricante de galletas y chocolate. Los criterios imprescindibles que fija la Junta son la solvencia técnica, económica y financiera; el mantenimiento de la planta en Ávila; asumir el 100% de la deuda y una inyección de capital superior a EUR 0,5m. |
