According to it, the intention came after several weeks of meetings, and run parallel with the current sale of Novo Banco (see Intel related). A China Minsheng Banking Corp, entidade financeira chinesa, teria manifestado formalmente junto do Fundo de Resolução interesse em avançar com uma oferta de aquisição do Novo Banco, segundo publicou o Público no dia 03 de outubro de 2016. Segundo a notícia, a intenção surge depois de várias semanas de contatos entre as empresas, e decorrem em paralelo com o atual processo de venda do Novo Banco (ver Intel relacionado). Estas negociações com o China Minsheng Banking Corp, seriam encaradas como um ‘Plano B’ para o Banco de Portugal. |
