Chile-based IM Trust appointed Guillermo Tagle as its new CEO, who will also integrate the executive team of parent Credicorp Capital, which runs the activities and businesses of Banca de Inversión in Peru, Colombia and Chile. The objective is to consolidate Credicorp Capital's project in Argentina. The company controls IM Trust since July 2012.

Guillermo Tagle Quiroz asumirá la presidencia del directorio de la sociedad IM Trust en Chile, y además se incorporará al Comité Ejecutivo de la matriz Credicorp Capital, que dirige todas las actividades y negocios de Banca de Inversión en Perú, Colombia y Chile. Con este cambio directivo, se busca la consolidación del proyecto que Credicorp Capital se ha propuesto realizar en la Región Andina, y del que IM Trust es parte desde julio de 2012. |
