La compañía minera Cemig busca nuevos socios para unirse al proceso de privatización de la generadora de electricidad colombiana Isagén. A principios de este mes, Cemig ya anunció la formación de un consorcio con el Estado Public Enterprises de Medellín (EPM) para disputarse el activo. Cemig está interesada en el mercado colombiano ya que el ambiente de inversión en el país vecino es actualmente más favorable para los inversores que en Brasil.

A estatal mineira Cemig está buscando novos parceiros para participar da disputa no processo de privatização da geradora colombiana Isagen. No começo deste mês, a Cemig anunciou a formação de um consórcio com a estatal Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM) para disputar o ativo. O mercado colombiano interessa à Cemig porque o ambiente de investimentos no país vizinho é mais favorável aos investidores atualmente do que no Brasil. |
