Castem, a Japan-based manufacturer of high-precision tools, announced its arrival in Colombia with the opening of its first plant in the Americas, reported Dinero on 16 May, 2016, citing Castem CEO, Takuo Toda. Specifically, the Japanese company made a USD 9.5m investment for the opening of a factory located in Bogota, which will develop high-precision machinery for the auto, construction, and medical devices industries.

Castem, fabricante japonés de herramientas de alta precisión, ha anunciado su llegada a Colombia con la inauguración de su primera planta en América, según ha informado Dinaero el 16 de mayo de 2016, citando al CEO de Castem, Takuo Toda. En concreto, la firma nipona ha realizado para esta llegada una inversión de USD 9,5m con la apertura de una fábrica ubicada en Bogotá, la cual desarrollará maquinaria de alta precisión que será usada en la industria automotriz, construcción y dispositivos médicos. |
